Why do you ask me what my budget is?
In order to get a better understanding of what our client is thinking in terms of the scope of the website/project, we like to get an idea of what his or her budget is. It is NOT asked in an attempt to get the most we can, but instead it is a method of giving the client the most for what they are able to spend, and possibly save them money. Believe it or not - sometimes we lose jobs based on how inexpensive we are compared to other design firms.
How many people will work on my website?
For small to medium sized projects, only one person will work on it - Me - aka Nick Rinn. But in larger projects an additional designer/programmer may be added for minor details.
Do you outsource to other countries (India, Pakistan, Phillippines)?
NO - We do not outsource anywhere. Any individual that may work on your website will be in the United States. We believe in keeping business in the USA...our economy obviously needs it.
How do you keep your prices so competitive?
Low overhead. While we do keep the business in the United States, we also keep overhead low and try to give our customers the best price for the best product.
Why do you host sites at GoDaddy?
We host sites at GoDaddy.Com because they provide the best product, best service and best prices compared to every other company we've looked at. Our servers that we lease at GoDaddy may not make us the kind of money we would if they were our own, but they provide the best reliability for NTR Imagescapes and our customers.
